For your ceremony, The Loft provides all the character and warmth that a barn setting does but also, a sense of refinement from our choice of light fixtures with crystal accents. Curtis Manor can offer you The Pavilion if an outdoor wedding is more to your liking. With a young apple orchard on one side and a pond in development on the other, the Craftsman styled structure will be surrounded by beautiful flowering plants, creating the ideal backdrop for your vows. The convenience of your ceremony and reception taking place on the same property allows your special day to flow effortlessly from start to finish. The Loft or The Pavilion can be used for your wedding ceremony and then you can go right to The Silo for your reception allowing for the fun to continue without interruption!

The Loft

The smaller of the two indoor barn venues, this area offers a more formal atmosphere with the addition of a reclaimed stained glass window and glimmering lighting. But just because it looks like a barn doesn’t mean it should sound like one...To help improve acoustics we’ve added soundboard insulation throughout! 


The Loft can comfortably seat up to 270 guests for your wedding, and with heating and air conditioning as an amenity your guests are sure to enjoy the ceremony! We are confident that all of the unique elements found in The Loft add up to quite a swoon-worthy atmosphere.

The Pavilion

This handsome 16'x16' Craftsmen style structure provides the rustic and nature inspired backdrop of your dreams! With an additional decking off the front of the structure there will be plenty of room for your bridal party, big or small. The Pavilion is lit by a large glass pendant and casts a warm inviting glow.  A crushed stone walkway leads from the parking lot down to the stamped concrete seating area, which provides ample room for all of your guests.

The Get-Ready Rooms

When a ceremony is booked, the wedding party is offered access to the get-ready rooms the day of their event. The bride's room was designed with convenience in mind; it includes areas for hair, make-up and relaxing. While we've provided a room for the groom and his men, this second area can easily be utilized by the bride and bridesmaids as an additional dressing area.

      *While we cannot guarantee an event won't be scheduled the evening prior to your big day, we will make every effort to schedule the rehearsal at your convenience the week of your event and assist with decorating however we can!


The Silo

During renovation, it was our mission to maintain as much of the original barn as possible and with it all the rustic charm that is associated with aged wood. But we didn’t stop there! It wasn’t enough to just have our guests love the ambiance, we wanted them to experience comfort and convenience. That’s why we included heating and air conditioning, so Curtis Manor will be perfect regardless of the time of year. We also added commercial grade vinyl wood plank floors throughout, so slivers and sprained ankles won’t be an issue when it comes time to dance! The soundboard insulation was carried throughout The Silo as well, so whether you choose a DJ or a live band for your reception, sound quality will never be a concern. We provide our guests with spacious indoor handicap accessible restrooms and a 22'x30' deck off the backside of the barn for those beautiful NY evenings. The Silo is outfitted with ceiling fans, mood setting lights strung throughout, and three forged iron chandeliers. These chandeliers are grand statements on their own, but if you’d prefer them to be dressed with greenery we’ve made it easy! With the addition of an automatic winch system, each light goes up and down with the touch of a button, so decorating couldn’t be any simpler. This area accommodates up to 270 guests, leaving ample room for the dance floor, DJ booth, and all the auxiliary tables needed for your event. The Mezzanine overlooks The Silo and can hold up to 60 additional guests.

The Loft

If The Loft suits the vision for your reception, it can accommodate up to 110 guests, a dance floor and area for the DJ, all the while creating an intimate atmosphere for your guests.
